Complete and utter seriousness with all kidding aside, which would you prefer? I must say, I've had my pajamas on for the entire day and still entertained and had a full social calendar this afternoon. Yeah, well there was no physical contact, but considering my contacts, there most likely wouldn't have been anyway... There are advantages.
There's much wisdom in that comic strip. I sit and read alone at lunch at work. Just don't care to know those people. Kind of like "you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family." Well, same goes for co-workers. If there were people I had any interest in whatsoever, I might take my head out of my book/magazine/page printed from the Internet.
I actually socialized with people face-to-face last night, and it was a lot of fun. We bloggers are strictly recluses.
That last sentence was supposed to say "We bloggers are NOT strictly recluses."
Oops.
I've only been blogging a year, and I have local friends that have nothing to do with that. But, I now know somebody in Canada and somebody in Connecticut, thanks to blogging.
