While an interesting idea, a certain US physicist's notion to create a new calendar where every date falls on the same day of the week every year will likely not fly. Especially given that he'd like to institute it for 1 Jan 2006.
AND he wants the whole world to work off Greenwich Mean Time; no more time zones. Good luck, sir.
The gentleman in question complains that he has to spend time making up new homework schedules for his classes every year. How many homework schedules do you think he could have made up in the time it took him to devise this new calendar?
